footage of a mother forcing her young daughter to smoke on a joint thought to contain
The clip – posted on an official police Facebook page – shows the mother thrusting the smoking spliff in the girl's face.Police say the youngster looks no more than six years old in the clip, filmed in a Pompeya, a rundown district of Buenos Aires. On the soundtrack, the woman can be heard saying: "Come on. Let’s see how it is."As the child pulls the smoke in her lungs, the woman says in excitement: "This is smoking!"The women then draws heavily on the joint herself before telling the girl to take another puff.Referring to herself as "Auntie Ramona" she urges the reluctant lass to take a hit of the drug again.Despite the girl shaking her head vigorously, the woman forces the joint between her lips saying: "The last one for Auntie Ramona, come on!"The woman then coaches the girl on how to inhale by saying: "Keep the smoke in."Police released the video – sent to them by a well-wisher – in a bid to find the woman.A spokesman said: "We received this video anonymously saying this so-called mother lives in Pompeya. If anyone has any info on it, we’d be grateful." Facebook users have been outraged by the clip. One raged: "Nobody knows this woman? People of Pompeya, hasn’t anyone seen her? It’s so sad to see this."Another said: "We can’t let this girl go through this." And a third said: "I’d smash this woman’s face against a wall."
